Great Health & Wellness App

Over all quality is great. Simple, yet sharp design. Easy to use. Would have had 5 Star but the Wake & Sleep schedule hours are very limited, not all of us have a peachy 9-5 job. Mine is pretty hectic, thus the reasoning I searched for such an App.
